About
our company

At Recovery Treatment Strategies, we are dedicated to empowering mental health and substance use clinics with the tools, guidance, and structure needed to launch and thrive. With a deep understanding of the clinical, operational, and spiritual components of behavioral health, we offer comprehensive consulting services and counseling support that reflect the full complexity of healing.

Our work is grounded in a foundational belief: that true, lasting wellness must address the biological, psychological, spiritual, and social dimensions of every individual. This integrated model informs everything we do — from helping new clinics open their doors to supporting providers in delivering truly holistic care.

Our founder, Kate Riggs, brings over 25 years of experience in the mental health and substance use field. She holds an MBA and has successfully led multidisciplinary teams, managed large-scale clinical operations, and built a network of allied services grounded in integrity and compassion. Her leadership is shaped by strong faith-based values and a commitment to excellence in both clinical outcomes and organizational development.

At Recovery Treatment Strategies, we don’t just consult — we come alongside organizations to serve as trusted partners in purpose. Whether you're launching a new clinic, strengthening your current services, or navigating the complexities of behavioral health care, we are here to help you build a foundation that lasts.
